Air and Space Museum

I hope everyone had a fantastic time celebrating the new year! To start 2016, I went to the Air and Space museum in Virginia. The museum is an awesome way to spend the day (kids will love it!) , and is free (except parking is $15 and rides are $7-8). There are a variety of fascinating exhibits, the Cold War Aviation and Human Spaceflight were my favorites, which highlighted the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird and the Space Shuttle Discovery. Annapolis

Last weekend I visited Annapolis with my husband and friends. We toured the beautiful Naval Academy campus. My favorite spots were Dahlgren Hall and the Chapel. Downtown Annapolis was filled with Christmas lights and decorations to get us in the holiday spirit! Such a charming city with so much to do. Here are photos from our visit, happy Friday everyone!
